Bail Application Lawyer Auckland

Bail Applications

From the moment someone is charged with a criminal offence, it can take many months, if not years, for their case to be resolved. Given the long delays, it is obviously very important to obtain bail and allow a client to continue working or engage with appropriate rehabilitative programs while waiting for the resolution of their charges. Securing yourself a top Auckland criminal lawyer is extremely important.

Adam and his team pride themselves on their expertise in obtaining bail for their clients.  They take a hands-on approach by sourcing an appropriate address and preparing written materials to strengthen the client's application. After obtaining bail, they will continue to monitor their client’s bail conditions to make sure they are appropriate and will apply for variations where appropriate. If bail is declined they have a proven track record of running successful bail appeals.
